    Sorry another ques.

I haven't pursued SAR since PPC requested photo id because been liaising with landowner  & then waiting to see if MP involvement has any impact. "Thought be better to save PPC efforts & costs of responding to SAR unnecessarily", your Honour 😉

Have access to their photos & correspondence
through debt collector portal anyway & think I'm correct in thinking they unlikely to send anything other than above anyway?

Have I done right thing in not pursuing SAR or should I go ahead & send redacted utility bill? They likely to have anything else up their sleeve I should know about?

Have emailed DPO back advising have contacted landowner, will send ID once I know if info still required (so Judge can see I've communicated)

How will you/we know, if you don't ask, you'll never find out. Don't assume anything in this game.

A Judge won't be interested in your communications with the PPC in the context of requesting a SAR.

Nor in you 'saving the PPC efforts and costs'

Do the SAR anyway, because unless you download everything now and save it (from the DRA portal) it won't be available when you really want it.

A video can be saved to a USB stick so that it is provided to a court/claimant by 'durable medium' as required.

Your last point (re. disabled spaces) is quite weak - the sign simply says that disabled drivers are treated the same as anyone else and must pay for parking. I'm not saying it isn't worth adding (re. confusing terms per CRA 2015) but don't hang your hat on it.

Apologies if this has already been answered in Newbies thread & I've missed.

Just feeling twitchy about missing deadline to respond to LBC. Original deadline today, new deadline one week from today as emailed solicitor advising seeking debt advice. Have appealed/complained to landowner via MP requesting they instruct PPC to drop case but no response as yet.

Wondering if should send reasons I dispute debt letter now rather than sitting waiting for a claim form?

Why is the deadline now one week from today when you've required them to put any further action on hold for 30 days?  The 30 days commence from the day you made the request. Have you had a new deadline confirmed in writing?

See the thread by @homi for the next, more robust response to make it clear you know the added costs are fake and will report the solicitors to the SRA if tgey persist.

To that, you can then add whatever else you want about how crap the signage is and how their client has no cause of action, etc.

I stupidly made request just a week after receiving LBC so my 30 days kicked in sooner than it needed to ( have learnt from this & will double check advice before further comms!).

Just an auto generated email  back titled "Acknowledgement of Email" which says:

"If a Claim has not been issued against you, please be aware that your correspondence will be treated in line with the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims and we have up to 30 days to respond to your correspondence. Please note we do try to respond in advance of this deadline, however, if we have to request further information for example from our client to enable us to respond to your correspondence, a response may not be received until the end of the 30 day period. We would respectfully ask you do not contact our office or send further correspondence chasing a reply until the expiration of the 30 day period."

The LBC states you should pay or complete their online dispute form by deadline. I have not done either. I have only sent email requesting 30 day extension as per Newbies thread. Hence my twitchiness....

Do I have to provide all my evidence at this stage? Can I add more evidence later on if gets to Claim form, WS etc?

Include whatever you think you want to include but please read what to put and make it robust.
