Yes, I believe so. Theres nothing on the bottom regarding the pofa, only a section talking about privacy information.

The POFA bit is on the back higher up (or not as the case may be). But is that the document sent to the keeper or the hirer?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No nothing higher up either, on my letters or the original. Here is the original sent to the hire company.

...original sent to the hire company?
If so, then yes, that is non-POFA. But don't use our forum jargon 'golden ticket' of course!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Excellent. So should I use that as the main point on the appeal? Aswell as the lack of required documentation, proof of landowner authority, small cropped photos etc etc?0

Popla appeal is in. I have gone along the non POFA compliant ntk route.
They have put their evidence into the appeal for me to view, and it states in there that it was not issued under POFA. What does this mean? Why would they do that if it meant they could be beaten on it? It doesn't seem to make any sense.
I do feel like this is a generic response as the bit below mentions pre estimations of loss, something I have not even mentioned whilst outlining my case.0 -
Here is the part I mean.

Basically they are admitting they can't hold the keeper liable.
They are crossing their fingers POPLA (who are shaky on the POFA) might use a new Assessor who gets it wrong.
That's why you must do POPLA comments, as the NEWBIES thread already tells you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
