They didn't accept my appeal so popla it is. I'm going down the pofa/golden ticket route. Is there anything else I should know or consider? Im not able to go back to the place and take photos of signage or anything like that.0

Not a golden ticket. Paragraph 9 of schedule 4 (and the 14 day period) is irrelevant to your NTH.
It's a defective NTH situation.

Why is that? I think there might be some confusion. I was planning on using the fact that the required documentation has not been sent with the NTH, aswell as it being a golden ticket.0
