Morning all xx
I'm up, made my bed, supped a brew, and eaten breakfast.
Lunch with L today - and I'm taking some books for her to put on the church lending table. So something will leave the house today. Finally. Hoping this will kickstart my oomph.
Have a good day

Thank you iona - that was the nudge that I needed. 10 books now in a bag to go to L.
I've got dressed, fed the birds, brought in the emptied bin put out the recycling, and pulled 20 stalks of goosegrass out of the honeysuckle. I was going to pull out 5, then kept going. Like I say, it's the getting going that eludes me.

Round, don't belittle your achievements. Any difference you can make (whether it's 5 strands of "sticky weed" or 20) means the place looks better than it did before. And you can give yourself permission to keep going when you see what a difference a little effort can make - but don't tire yourself out, do leave yourself enough energy for the absolute essentials.

oooh.. I have a bag of books I might shove on the charity book sale bit in Tesco on Saturday.. it all helps I guess. I don't know if our local churches have sales or tables or lending things but I know the one the MIL goes to does so I might be able to offload a box full there.. I will have to ask her when their summer fair is I have some bits I could donate.. I can let things go if it is for a good cause... or any cause really.
Washing all up to date.. last load in the WM and a dryer load of socks and pants drying, the rest is on the line.. it looks questionable out there but is sunny now.
Summerhouse base down so I need to green the underside of the veranda and do another coat on the window frames.. It is getting built at the weekend whether OH likes it or not, rain or shine.. it is going up..
Bother.. he didn't put the battery on charge for the hedge trimmer.. that needs doing too.. I could annoy him by doing it myself but I do tend to overprune stuff and it annoys him greatly.. I will think on it..I looked at 'new to us' cars which we cannot affordI have decided the next blanket is being knitted in stripes.. first stripe 1/4 done.Stuff printed for Squeaks lesson and she is washed and brushed and dressed for her cello lesson this evening.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)8 -
