Fayolle - noooo, my Toots list is much longer 🤦♀️ That lot was just what was swilling between my ears and trying to drown me 🌊
I've thought of a couple more things since then, not written them down, and forgotten them again.
I got as far as WUDUPA and H invited me over for coffee and a catch up. So I went for half an hour and came home 3 hours later. H lives in a timewarp 🤣
Called at Mr C00p on my way home - bought more raspberries and yogurt. Forgot bread for the freezer.

Maybe getting the floor in place.Dot has 'misplaced' her lunchbag and now Twinkle has broken the zip on hers.. I have not got another spare.. fgs.. She has ony had hers 5 minutes.

Bedroom dusted, bathroom cleaned, floors vacuumed upstairs and wm loaded for the morning. Today’s load has dried, so Mount Ironmore has reappeared.
GH watered. HB, I think I too might have overdone the tomato plants, after last year’s no-show event. And my spider plant has its first ever spider baby!! Obviously Pigpen’s vibes 😉.
Round, you have given me food for thought…I am going to dust off a notebook 😀 - I reckon I can do something about the utility room with minimal DH input. I am just so fed up with waiting for him to decide to do a job / what to buy / when is the right time…
Valli, so sorry about the job. Hugs and love xx8 -
Fayolle I think we must be twins, that trip into town is exactly the sort of thing I would get into a stew over too. I wish I had the confidence to drive into the big city and help DS2 move house next month but there is no way I could do it.
Better day at the paid stuff, although I have three meetings and a site visit still to do this week, all of which could be challenging. I stood up for myself this morning, in fact I had a chuckle because I realised afterwards that I was standing with my arms crossed the whole time. You would have been proud of me.
Flying? Well we are fed, the DW has been emptied and refilled and our bed has been made. Thats about it for today. I should probably put a load of washing in.9 -
For those of you not in the know, ofs (etc) do 'deep dives' into selected subjects which means the subject co-ordinators, who are also teachers, get hauled out of class to talk about their subjects so the plan was to drop me into the classes to cover. No-body thought to tell ME however...so I get a phone call asking where I am...and I know I didn't forget because, had I been asked, I would have pointed out that I had an appointment. Anyway I rocked up for the afternoon. The inspectors aren't coming in to see me, apparently, as I'm not to be stressed...
the upshot of this is flying has been limited to emptying the DW and filling it back up again. I thought about ironing as well

Morning my lovelies xx
Fayolle and YL - make that triplets 😉
I'm up, made my bed, supped my first brew and edged my way behind the kitchen table to turn off a switch and unplug the extension lead. There, that's a few more pennies saved 😇. While I was back there I retrieved said extension lead and wound it up, and 'rescued' a paper bag, a notebook, a cycling helmet and the instructions from a beard trimming kit- my house is very random 🤣
There's also a PS3 and a bag marked 'rags for cs' but I've left them there for now. DS and GF are looking to move house, so I said that I wouldn't send any more of his stuff over until after they've moved.
Breakfast next - yogurt and blueberries. Then
Round 1
Get dressed
Feed the birds
Put out the rubbish and recycling
WUDUPA
Sweetie's seed and water
Then I'll roll up my sleeves and plan my ongoing campaign against clutter. Did anyone notice that decorating has made my hit- list? It's an achievement to be in a place to consider redecoration. It's all this floor - it gives me ideas 🤣
Wishing you all a good day

Just about finished the blanket I've been knitting. I have kittens to knit next and a few more birdies.. I want to start DD2's blanket and I need to finish the animal blanket too, that just needs sewing together.
OH is getting the weed sheet stuff down this morning so we can gradually build the summerhouse over the week/weekend and get it finished painting next week and I can't decide whether to carpet or vinyl floor the inside.. I need it to be cleanable so I am thinking vinyl is the better option maybe with a rug.. I am saving for the padding for the bubble machine thing, a couple of nice garden chairs and I am looking at one of the swing seats.. I haven't yet decided on that though. I have some fairy lights and a fibre optic lamp to go in there. But we need boards for the inside so it can be insulated but I can't get that until the 24th.
Squeak has her maths class and her creative writing class today so I can leave her to her own devices for a short period..

Hello all.
Today I have done a work shift, walked the dogs, done most dailies- just recycling to go out -, taken up a pair of jeans, done the ironing and hoovered and mopped through.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
