Afraid not, I made it up 🙃. I think it was onion and red pepper softened in oil, sausages made into mini meatballs browned off and then chopped tomatoes added, feta sprinkled on top. There was probably smoked paprika in there, possibly garlic and some herbs - dried oregano maybe. Hope that helps, JKS

I'm late to the party as usual. This is the past weeks plan. Very heavy on the rice, as honestly I could not be bothered to faff about cooking this week. Don't know if it's the hot weather, or lack of much in the fridge ; but hey ho! I'm fed and that's what counts.

Sorry I've missed this week. Its been sausage and cider stew and mash (twice), achari curry and rice (twice), burritos, burger and chips, jacket potato missed from last week.

    This week I'm thinking ...
Burgers again (as I've  got lots of buns from Olio, and some burgers in the shopping).
    Thai green curry and rice
Sausage and pepper casserole (although I can't remember if I bought and froze sausages or not :/ ), So, just incase; the back up meal will be Bacon and mushroom carbonara (as I have vegan lardons and mushrooms)
    Roasted veg pasta and pesto
Haluski (as I have bought cabbage)
I'll also make smashed burgers and/or Bolognese as I have mince too.

Another meal incase I don't fancy another, will be Caribbean Pelau and rice - but I need a different rice to do this as I don't think risotto or jasmine will work.

Good luck sticking to plan everybody  :)
