Ok last week made enough for two meals on some of the days, so this is this week's plan.
Tonight : Burrito with side salad and potato salad
Rest of the week (all dependant on the current hot spell):
Haluski (as didn't have it last week, luckily cabbage still good) ✅
Mushroom and Bacon Carbonara ✅
Ital soup No longer having this as it was to use the Pak choi
Chilli and sweet potato wedges ✅
Something with tofu (not sure on the sauce component)✅ Had pad thai
Roasted veg pasta ✅

S - chicken wings & salad
M - yoghurt chicken curry
T - chilli con carne
W - pasta, chorizo, tomato sauce
T - tbc4 -
Another short week for me 🙃
Sat - Parma ham, peach and feta salad, fresh bread
Sun - tuna sandwich (out for lunch)
Mon - chorizo and chickpea stew, pitta bread
Tues - prawn and courgette orzo
Wed - chicken and sugar snap egg fried rice
Thurs - salmon with herby cream cheese sauce, new potatoes, sugar snap peas
Have tweaked tomorrow’s as have stuff to use up 🙃3 -
