The rest of the week, is as follows:
Friday ended up being pesto and pasta, as pesto needed using up, and there's leftovers of that too.
I had a good week this week with a TGTGB from a greengrocers which gave me a beautiful selection of items.
So next week, I will be working my way through the rest of those. I just have to check what's left later on, when I get home; but I've pretty much done next week's meal plan.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £76.30/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. I can't find the jackfruit ( though it is in the freezer somewhere); so I will have to rethink tomorrow's meal.
I just scored a great shop today from Her*n foods. So have loads to choose from. I'm hoping tomorrow I win the Olio salad jackpot, as I'm low on lettuce, but if not I will save my legs.
The only thing I should need for the meal plan this week is pasta, if I find the jackfruit.
