This week's plan
* Update * I wasn't able to do the Asparagus risotto as id left the Asparagus too long to prep, so only managed to get one portion out of it, because it went bad I've blanched the little bit that was left, and put it in the freezer to have at a later date.
I did make the curry (Curried Jackfruit (Jamaican).Tonight I had soba noodle salad. It was delicious, except I made my own noodles which weren't like the real thing at all.
So, I've got one day left with two meals; as one is in the freezer already I will leave it there, and use the rest of the fennel and do pizza.
Next week, I'm going to use up the curry and as much as possible from the freezer. It desperately needs defrosting. I seem to keep getting bread from olio just as its emptying, so never seem to manage to do it.
Not sure I will do a plan as such next week.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £89.90/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month.
