Shocked myself being super organised.

Shows you when I'm organised, everything goes to pot 😊.
Didn't have celery to do the soup, so have to wait to do that another day (might go out in a little while). Also I think I'd already eaten the jackfruit, so instead had spinach and pesto pasta. Used some spaghetti and some broken up lasagne sheets.
Debating on doing risotto tonight or using some wrinkly apricots and making some sort of Moroccan Tagine.
*Edited* Went out to Aldi, although the shelves were a bit bare, I managed to get celery and I got courgette so cooked Moroccan also tonight. Instead of risotto I did orzo with vegan bacon pieces and peaches and sweetcorn. I meant to throw in sweet potatoes, but i forgot, so they have gone in with the Moroccan.
I now will be having Moroccan in the place of the jackfruit meal, and will eat it twice and freeze the leftovers.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £76.30/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. I've been super tired and busy this week; and haven't had chance to sort a meal plan yet.
I will jump back in properly next week.
So far, I've just had ramen and tofu, homemade pizza and hotdogs. So basically, I'm freeballing it with what is in.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £76.30/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. As promised I'm back with the meal plan 🤗
I might not be rigid about the days, but as long as I have the meals, I'm good with that.

This week's meal plan.
Two meals carried forward.
One repeat, as I originally tried it with Jackfruit (as I'd forgot to defrost the tofu).
