M: Hamburger pasta
T: Hoisin beef and rice
W: Chilli, avocado and sweet potato
T: Party bits (DD2's birthday)
F: Something with the spinach
S: Carrot Biryani
S: Jacket potato, coronation jackfruit and mango salsa
So, ill push the biryani to Monday or prep and freeze the carrots/cook soup.
I didn't think that meal plan through as the end two meals are curry profiles. Even though love curry, I don't really want three nights of various curries. So, may have to have a rethink !GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £76.30/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. This week's meal plan.
Going well so far.
I had leftover pasta, but can't face eating that again as it had gone a bit mushy once defrosted and reheated.
Carrot dhal made four portions. I've consumed 1/4 and put the rest in the freezer, as it honestly didn't wow me. So couldn't face eating it all week!
Yesterday was straight forward to use up lettuce.
Today, I need to use up mango salsa which was meant to go with coronation jackfruit for about the past three meal plans. It's currently sat in the fridge, pre-made from a few days ago.
Saturday, I'm thinking about Curry Ramen.
Which just leaves Sunday 🤔. I'll have to take note of what's left and what needs using.
Then already onto a new week!GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £76.30/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month.
