    This week's meal plan hasn't posted, so going to do that now.
    I had to cancel weekend plans as I've been feeling so run down, but feeling better now.


    I will confirm the days where I've put a vague idea of food, after it's been eaten 😏

    Wed 13.- soup 🍲 and pizza🍕
    Sat - curry tempeh, ramen and veg
    Sun - Freekeh, walnuts, peas and  broad beans

    Not completely to plan last week but not too far off.
    F - freezer rake
    S - Chicken, parsley and tomato stuffed flatbreads, crunchy chips 
    S - Roast pork, veg, spuds, gravy
    M - Salmon in a bag, sweet potatoes, veg
    T - Chicken, bacon and leek pie, veg
    W - Keema fried rice
    T - Sausage and tomato pasta

    Burger, salad and hash browns
    Fish fingers, chips and peas.
    Meatballs, pasta and garlic bread
    Jacket potato with coronation jackfruit, mango salsa and salad

    S - Chicken wings, salad, HM wedges
    S - Steak dinner
    M - Pasta with tomato sauce and halloumi
    T - Chicken, rice and peas traybake 
    W -Chilli con carne, baked spuds and salad
    T - Chicken curry with rice and naan. 
  • Was away over the weekend and into the start of this week,so from Wednesday just gone:

    Wed - tuna, green bean and pesto pasta 
    Thurs - sweet potato and black bean chilli, rice
    Fri - chorizo and chickpea stew, toasted pitta bread 
    Sat - sausage and cherry tomato gnocchi, green beans 
    Sun - Chinese chicken traybake, noodles, stir fried veg 
    Mon -  broccoli and anchovy pasta 
    Tues - beans on toast 
    Wed - chicken and veg noodles 
    Thurs - out
  • Planned today as we have a lovely long weekend. Will shop today.

    Fri - sausage, pepper and feta stew, garlic bread 
    Sat - steak, Stilton and tenderstem gnocchi 
    Sun - salmon with creamy leeks and cannellini beans 
    Mon - pasta puttanesca, salad 
    Tues - beans on toast 
    Wed - tuna steak with Mediterranean lentils, spinach and sun dried tomatoes 
    Thurs - prawn and pea pilaf 
    Fri - nutty sweet potato stew

    Forgot to do a meal plan last week.

    Had everything last week apart from the jacket potato as had none. Stocked up this week with the 15p ones.

    Last week has been : laksa x 2 dinners , risotto, Moroccan stew x 2 dinners, pesto and spaghetti and soup and chips
