Need to come up with two meals for Saturday and Sunday, but these are the things I've eaten so far this week. Also, what I'm eating tonight and tomorrow. I'll edit once I've thought about the weekends meals.

  • A bit of a delay in posting this week as Thursday is the start of a new month and I didn’t manage to get the monthly meal plan done until this evening.

Monday - Egg, Chips and Beans
    Tueaday - Pesto Pasta
    Wednesday - Stir Fry Noodles
Thursday - Salmon, Rice and Veg
Friday - Chicken Nuggets, Chips, Veg Sticks (because we didn’t have them as planned last week as my Mum cooked for us)
    Saturday - Chicken Curry
Sunday - Spaghetti Bolognese (because we didn’t have it last week as I was poorly, so we only managed soup instead)
