Tonight I'll use up the rest of the Jalfrezi. Tomorrow chicken and walnut salad with sweet potato and Sunday Chorba Frik.
Then we are back to Monday again!
So I was missing an ingredient for the Chorba Frik, so had to push that to another day.
So tonight, I will have Hoisin tofu, baby corn, edamame and rice.

For the rest of the week's meals should be something like:
    Fishless fingers, chips and peas,
    Githeri (freezer)
Chicken-less fillet, sweet potato, spinach, walnuts and peaches.
Jerk tofu, pineapple, gunko peas and rice
    Keema
Two more meals tbc - one possibly being soup !?

It's basically pea and ham soup made using split green peas, ham hock, root veg, onion and leeks to which you had smoked sausage or meatballs or pork cut of your choice. I think you're vegan/veggie so not sure how well it would adapt but this vegan recipe looks decent and suggests adding smoked tofu. Vegan Snert | Dutch Pea Soup - Loepsie

Instead of Jerk tofu I had Hoisin Tofu, and I've had a sandwich one night as I was not hungry.
So, i just have soup and Keema left.

Tonight I have gone off piste, as I went to collect some bits off Olio and didn't get back home til late. So, the Keema has been postponed. Instead I used up the stir-fry veg from Olio and YS rice noodles, i also picked up en route.

This weeks meals are a combination of freezer bits and stuff from todays mini-haul. I have my DD1 and GD here at the weekend, so will have a few things on backup

Jacket potato with jackfruit and mayo ✅, coronation jackfruit or cheese and beans (dependant on state of potatoes)
Black bean and pineapple stew ✅ and/or Curried veg stew and rice
Italian wedding soup with 'cheese' on toast ✅
'Burger' with corn and salad ✅
    Keema ✅

Edited to say that we have decided on
Spaghetti Bolognese, and it's already made and waiting in the fridge.

We eat very differently, but I'm happy to eat these meals when I have visitors. I probably won't carry anything over that I don't make, unless there are leftovers. Or I'll freeze them!

I need smoked tofu to try the Dutch soup recipe (ill make this the week starting the 11th). Ald# do stock it, but haven't had it in for a while. Now bought this.
I bagged bread today and salad. So I'm really hoping to not need anything else this week but sweetcorn (got this).
I'm holding myself completely accountable here. I have everything else incl fruit and soya milk, but may need a top-up
    at the weekend.
