Tonight I'll use up the rest of the Jalfrezi. Tomorrow chicken and walnut salad with sweet potato and Sunday Chorba Frik.
Then we are back to Monday again!
So tonight, I will have Hoisin tofu, baby corn, edamame and rice.

Had one night where I ended up with a fishfinger sandwich so that meal (chilli) has rolled over to tonight.
Sat - sweet potato and black bean chilli, wild rice
Sun - cheese and biscuits (out for lunch)
Mon - creamy salmon and broccoli pasta
Tues - beans on toast
Wed - prawn, red pepper and pea egg fried rice
Thurs - chorizo and chickpea stew
Fri - sausages with Mediterranean lentils, spinach and sun dried tomatoes1 -
Tonight I have gone off piste, as I went to collect some bits off Olio and didn't get back home til late. So, the Keema has been postponed. Instead I used up the stir-fry veg from Olio and YS rice noodles, i also picked up en route.
This weeks meals are a combination of freezer bits and stuff from todays mini-haul. I have my DD1 and GD here at the weekend, so will have a few things on backup
Jacket potato with jackfruit and mayo ✅, coronation jackfruit or cheese and beans (dependant on state of potatoes)
Black bean and pineapple stew ✅ and/or Curried veg stew and rice
Italian wedding soup with 'cheese' on toast ✅
'Burger' with corn and salad ✅
Keema ✅
Edited to say that we have decided on
Spaghetti Bolognese, and it's already made and waiting in the fridge.
We eat very differently, but I'm happy to eat these meals when I have visitors. I probably won't carry anything over that I don't make, unless there are leftovers. Or I'll freeze them!
I need smoked tofu to try the Dutch soup recipe (ill make this the week starting the 11th). Ald# do stock it, but haven't had it in for a while. Now bought this.
I bagged bread today and salad. So I'm really hoping to not need anything else this week but sweetcorn (got this).
I'm holding myself completely accountable here. I have everything else incl fruit and soya milk, but may need a top-up
at the weekend.
