Just lost a whole post
Was m.i.a last week and I'm late posting this week, so apologies.
I have my granddaughter staying Friday night and possibly Saturday,so it's a mixed bag. I've planned a few extra things incase she doesn't want what I've chosen and vice versa.
All meals are vegan.
Last night was Caribbean Black bean stew with pineapples and rice
Tonight was Jacket potato and Jackfruit 'Tuna'
Rest of the week:
Katsu 'chicken', oriental veg and rice ✅
Thursday I had chicken and walnut salad with sweet potato ✅
Chicken' burger and salad ✅
Homemade pizza or Meatballs and spaghetti Meatballs and pasta ✅
'Hotdog' chips and peas ✅
Hamburger pasta (as seen on TT), if we don't have 'meatballs' and spaghetti✅
Jerk tofu, with peas rice and green beans (inspired by another poster above)
Let's see if I can get to the end of the week without veering too much off plan 🤞🏻

I didn't have the meal on the 8th or 9th. But stuck to plan the rest of the week.
This week I've had
