Stuck to all past weeks plan, except the tofu; that's been moved to tonight, and we're having orange tofu not herbed now.

The rest of the week, is as follows:

Didn't have Burgers, as the meal the day before was so nice, I ate it again. Same with the Biryani, there was leftovers that I had the next day.
Friday ended up being pesto and pasta, as pesto needed using up, and there's leftovers of that too.
I had a good week this week with a TGTGB from a greengrocers which gave me a beautiful selection of items.
So next week, I will be working my way through the rest of those. I just have to check what's left later on, when I get home; but I've pretty much done next week's meal plan.

I can't find the jackfruit ( though it is in the freezer somewhere); so I will have to rethink tomorrow's meal.

I just scored a great shop today from Her*n foods. So have loads to choose from. I'm hoping tomorrow I win the Olio salad jackpot, as I'm low on lettuce, but if not I will save my legs.

The only thing I should need for the meal plan this week is pasta, if I find the jackfruit. Off to brainstorm next week's plan
