There are just poles with signs, I don’t think the immediate plan is for cameras but wouldn’t rule it out for the future. The signs are so high, useless unless you are quite tall.
I don’t particularly want anybody lurking particularly. There was a man who was sitting in a plain white van so I gave him the evil look but just turned out to be a member of the public after all.
The local councillor doesn’t want to interfere with the landowner, she is useless because it will be local residents picking up the PCNs of course. I did message her before and she said she would come and have a look but she has bnot got back to me. I will contact the council on Monday as I was supposed to hear within 5 working days about any planning breaches or lack of advertising consent, and that would be a Monday deadline.I am actually grateful for my gate across the drive which remains largely closed now so at least there is clarity about where the car park ends and it stops any inadvertent wandering. Thanks for the continuing suggestions, much appreciated.9 -
Local council are going to visit the car park and also the highways authority within the next 15 days. Not sure they will do anything but who knows!7

So far no patrol van has been seen and no tickets issued as far as I am aware. The car park has remained relatively empty, most people park on the road now where there is free unrestricted parking.9

The local council made UKPC change the positions of some signs, other than that it has all been quiet. Neither I nor my neighbours have ever seen a visiting patrol and I am unaware of any parking tickets being issued to date. I am so glad to have argued against the Anpr, it would have been a real pain. Really appreciate everyone’s help, advice and support so many thanks!7
