Looking at his feedback, all the negatives have been recieved n the past month alone, before that his feedback was all good.

There is the possibility that the seller may have fallen ill, or something may have happened that has prevented him from takeing care of his ebay account and his buyers,,

He has sold PS3's as well as Wii's successfuly and has great feedback for those sales.

Paypal should give you his registered address.
Send a heavily worded letter . Give him 28 days to pay or you will take him to the small claims.
He has refunded most of the people so he has not been scammed
make sure your print off the auction plus all hs latest feedback, just incase.

He has turned over over £28,000 in the last 120 days - report him to the inland revenue. I bet he isn't paying tax. I guess at this rate of selling he should be VAT registered

Hi, There are two interesting feedbacks on the first page. One gives his email and says that he has the seller's details. The other one asks for anyone else who has had problems to contact him and gives his email. Worth trying? Anna

Wow. Cool to see this thread still going. How do I get his address. Should I e-mail paypal? I've tried looking in my account but I don't think it's possible to see the address of people you've sent payment to. He has a registered business account so won't he be paying tax? Very nice tool btw :T

contact paypal. tell them your position and ask for his details.

view the auction
click on the payment details near the top of the page and his address should be there
