Well put EH , it definitely feels like my spiritual home.Work today has calmed down a little which is very good. Tomorrow I am back to WFH on a Tuesday which I am looking forward to.The weekend was spent doing the usual round of taking parents to various places and grandchildren to activities.Saturday afternoon was spent watching a couple of films on Netflix .
Wednesday morning sees me dropping DS at the airport at the ungodly hour of 3.30am.Saturday I am going on an adventure driving to Essex .Hoping for a good week.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1 -
Exciting week. Safe travels. Don’t envy you going to the airport at 3.30 😳 I believe it’s a rip off now though paying for parking even if just dropping off 😡January spends - £587.581

I know that Stansted certainly still has a free drop off option although it's a bit of a faff as it involves then needing to get the courtesy bus to the terminal. Generally speak though I'd sooner that than pay a fiver for the drive-through type arrangement! 3.30am though - ouchy!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Airport drop off was very easy just very unsocial hour, DS is returning the favour in December .I ended up with youngest DGS owing to a selfish other grandparent , less said the better.Today has been my day , been to see parents as I am away from tomorrow night and they are away next week.Looking forward to a few days down south , the weather looks good according to the forecast.Busy packing and doing housework.Tomorrow DGS2 are going to the local Legoland with a very cheap ticket .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

Hope they enjoy Lego land - we had some very cheap tickets there and took gds a while back - further back than I thought - it was pre covid 😳 and we had tickets to the fishy place next door. The younger one was a tad young but enjoyed it in her own way. She would enjoy it much more now though.Glad the airport run was ok for you.
Have a great trip down South 👍January spends - £587.581 -
