  • Nearly 3 weeks since I last posted . My friend who broke her knees very badly finally got her op 3 weeks after the incident , the knee had started to mend itself so it took longer. Many months of recovery now ahead. My other friend has been diagnosed with breast cancer , so not a good time for them both.
The children are finally back at school , they have settled in well . I am still very much involved in child care , drop offs, swimming lessons etc, but by new year it should slacken off a bit.
My mum had her other cataracts done and it seems a success .
I have had 4 chiropractor appts and had acupuncture on Thursday, he has said I am good to go now. Need to claim the money back now .
Work is really very busy for me and I do find it hard sometimes fitting it all in to two days , not helped by doing training with new staff .
I have been regularly taking more supplements this past few weeks and definitely feel better for it.
Had my hair cut much shorter for me this week and I really like it.
Finally got rid of the Sahara dust today and had the car cleaned inside as well.
Work, childminding and a train journey to the lakes this week.
Money is looking a little on the bleak side but payday in 8 days so all should be good.

  • Had the best sleep last night for about a week much needed. Work has been insane again for my two days , no idea why . Been to the park with DGS again today , he loves it and we get outside. The weather is being kind today plenty of sunshine.
I am now waiting for payday, pension day and monthly interest but not until Monday . August was a very expensive month and late September will be spendy. Hoping for a quieter October as away in November and December .
There are rumours of VR being offered at work , I would look at my figures to see what I would get.
