I retired early just as Covid hit( I had decided 6 months before to finish), yes it is different with money but I’m just more careful with it. Was worried at the time whether I was doing the right thing and I can now say hand on heart it definitely was. If anytime in the future I decide to get a “little’ job for the xtra money then there does seem to be a lot of vacancies at the moment and I can pick and chose what I would like to do. Enjoy your final week of full time, give yourself time to adjust to it and look forward to whatever life throws at you(as they say).xx

Tomorrow I am in work in the morning , have a 1to1 with my manager to talk about how things will be going forward .

Woo hoo 🎉 If it came to it could you reverse your decision and go back to full time. Hopefully it won't happen though. I'm sure you'll manage.

Finances are all over the place owing to being away and committing to days out and meals out.Plus have put £130 of petrol this pay month so far .

I am thankful I have funds in place to sort it out and pay cc in full but need to reign it in now as part time salary can’t take lots of entertainment.

i am going to join my local library on Thursday I think .I am going to get my knitting out again .

Right off to one of my committed days out . Trentham Gardens which I love .
