Thanks EH, after reading your diary I now have a healthy fund for extra gas and electric payments and am working on having one months grocery money buffer in the grocery pot. I think I read that on your diary as well.

Ha - yes, both of those things were us! Thanks to the council tax rebate sliding into our bank earlier this week we’re now pretty well topped up on the electricity buffer fund, and I’m now working on a second month in hand on the groceries! 😂

I forgot how much counting you do , I actually enjoyed it . Got to to bed at 2am but need to be up for youngest DGS as it's childminding day.

Is it too early to go to bed , feeling very tired after my late night. The pay for the count will be paid on the 15th May. Still not had our £150 yet , lots of complaints on social media. 

Today youngest DGS went to the big park again, we visited the farm centre and he loved it ,will definitely go again and it was free. We had a go on the swings and looked at the big lake with all the ducks on . Grandma may have had a sneaky coffee whilst DGS was asleep. Picked the other two up from school, fed and watered them then mum arrived . 

£2.50 spent today .

That’s nice and quick payment . No regional/council elections down where I am for me to apply for counting, but one to bear in mind for next time around.

I also did park duty with my young person. I think the little one might be an adrenalin junkie. HIGHER! HIGHER! until my arms ached from pushing the swing..
