- Offer received - Currently Waiting.
According to our broker, the delay for us receiving our offer is due to "Know Your Customer" checks. They have all the documentation, we just need to be patient.0 -

- Bank requested latest payslips again - 29 Sept
- Valuation done (in person) - 12 Oct
- Valuation report received by the bank - 13 October
- Bank confirmed that property was downvalued - 21 Oct
Loads of back and forth to negotiate price
- New price agreed and sent to bank for approval - 4 Nov
Waiting for bank to respond (working on a 7 working day turnaround)
