I'd be cross too @Coxy11.  That's a lot of money wasted and none of us can afford that these days.  How on earth did they forget and book a holiday - it just doesn't make sense.

I'm with you on the honeydew melon, completely tasteless; prefer galia although my favourite is the Snowball which is always much more expensive as only available for a short time.

I'm another who drinks mainly tea - probably far more than you!  I have a couple of small cups of coffee mid morning and the only cold drinks tend to be fizzy, usually tonic or ginger beer (sometimes with alcohol, LOL!).

If only we could donate pounds to your dad @bubbs. Good news that he's gained a bit though. 😊

I stayed on plan until lunchtime but had some bits from the buffet later. Probably lots of syns in a couple of sandwiches, few chips and some breaded goujons. Had a cup of tea so, at least no alcohol syns. It was OK but I wouldn't have bothered if I hadn't had the loss.

Neither of us was hungry so no dinner.

Back on plan tomorrow. Need to do my meal plan and shopping list. 😊
