    Hi all,
    I'm back from my jaunt to the office. Got the dates wrong - Maverick is tomorrow night! Oh well!
    Dinner was a delish chilli con carne with rice and there's a portion left for tomorrow's lunch. It will be whoever gets to it first lol!
    Really should go food shopping tonight as I've very little fresh veg in and no salad. CBA'd so might look at a last minute online order or just pop out for a few bits tomorrow lunchtime.

    Just having a nice Ne$presso coffee and about to watch some telly as DH has gone to the pub and DS2 is at a volunteering meeting so I have the place to myself for once hurrah!

    Not many Company Shops in the South @Coxy11 but we were lucky enough to get one locally last year. Perhaps with the cost of living crisis, they'll open more. 🤔

    I got the limit of 6 beetroot and only 2 pickles as that's all there was , the pickles are the same ones  have been buying in farmfoods for 39p for a small jar.

    Just wanted to thank @bubbs for the tip about Ocado £20 off a £60 shop. I just placed an order to come tomorrow morning 9am-10am, free delivery. Stocked up on meat (3 for £10) and lots of fruit and veg. Just CBA'd to go tonight and have to get DS2 to his first A Level tomorrow lunchtime, so won't be able to shop then doh!
