Would that be a work trip to Australia @annabanana82? Sounds good. 😊

SP stands for Speed/Protein. It's a short term, low carb version of the plan that's supposed to accelerate weightloss. It's worth a try but I've only ever tried occasional SP meals like omelettes or ham with a vegetable hash, rarely for a full day or longer. HTH.

Yes, I've not been  further than to France for work before and that was a jolly really, but really interesting.
To be honest its been a pretty good week at work one way or the other.

Ah thank you, I might give that a go, I'd like a push to get rid of the current front number

Hi everyone from our BnB just north of Fort William.

We had a medium day yesterday and got to the hostel around 3pm. We were in bunk beds, me on top and very wobbly which caused much merriment. Unfortunately the showers weren’t great so a quick wash last night and a pizza!

Today we’ve walked 18 miles over 7 hours. Weather was dry apart from a 10 minute shower. Spent the last 5 miles walking along the Caledonian Canal - pretty but a bit too long a day tbh!
Sister has 3 large blisters on one foot, covered with Compeed. I’m blister free but have a niggling knee so will shop for appropriate keen support in Fort William tomorrow.

Food today has been a bacon roll and a Scottish Lorne sausage roll eaten on the go. No food at the BnB tonight and we’re in the middle of nowhere. We have some biscuits in the room and a flapjack and tbh were not all that hungry.

Scottish breakfast tomorrow and a shorter day of 5 miles into Fort William which completes the Great Glen Way - whoop! Staying at an Airbnb tomorrow.

Stop posting food photos @bubbs - you’re making me drool lol.

Hi to the newbies - looking forward to getting to know you when my adventure has finished 😀

Good news about your dad @bubbs. 👏

I find noodles go better with the sweet and sour sauce than rice. It sort of coats the noodles rather than soaks in but probably too carby for you. I think we'll have it tomorrow as I feel like a change. 😋
