Lots of great bargains there @bubbs.  Plenty of chicken pieces so you'll be OK for curries and KFC for the next few weeks at least!

Shame there was no yoghurt, you'll have to pay full price for your evening ice cream!

Thanks for the welcome - I started reading your previous thread @bubbs photos were amazing. I like the idea of a syn bank. That could work. Also I have a lot of weight to shift so would have an extra allowance.

Evening all, happy shiney new thread. Hello to everyone joining us and hope all with dental problems or feeling poorly feels brighter soon.  I’ve had a mad, crazy week with work and family problems but, roll drum here, I’ve managed to stay on plan!

@Coxy11 as we’ve had fairly constant heavy rain for the last day or so. Hoping you’re enjoying it all and the scenery makes up for the weather!
  • Any suggestions for me for tomorrow. Dentist at 11 for extraction, so will be just about thawed at lunch time. Doubt if I will be allowed anything hot, so soup out of the question, but as I don’t go home before weigh in, which is 6:45, so by the time I get home (on social team), it will be after 8, that is if I don’t stay for group, so will be a long day.
A smile costs little but creates much :)
