That looks yummy @bubbs! Well done on upping the syns. Let's hope increasing the syns does the trick for you. I always feel jealous when I see your ice cream! My ice cream maker isn't very good and the frozen yoghurt never seems to turn out vey well. Been thinking about getting one for my Kenwood but looks like they've stopped making them so will have to see if I can get a 2nd hand one.
