Evening all, been a lovely day today.  Bit cloudy and windy this morning but really warm and sunny this afternoon.

Well done @Jellybaby - great loss.  Whatever is going on @bubbs - that gain just doesn’t make sense, your meals are virtually always SP or very nearly; that’s supposed to increase losses not make you gain.  Good luck for the coming week.

We got on a bus to Margate this morning and had a mooch around but so much has closed down since we were there about 5 years ago.  Used to be lovely years ago so it’s a real shame.

We came back to the motorhome for lunch but when we got off the bus DH said he fancied a pork pie so we walked almost to the far end of the High Street to a Sainsbury Local but the didn’t have any but I picked up some sushi for me.  We then went next door to the coop and he managed to find a pack of 4 mini ones.  I scanned them and they were 14.5 syns each so was really glad I’d picked up the sushi!

Have been completely on plan today:

B - breakfast hash - P; S; F
L - Sushi; bacon sandwich with brown sauce- HEB; P; S; 3.5
D - Steak, chips, mushrooms, peppers- P; S; 4

HEA - Milk 
HEB - Bread
Syns - brown sauce 0.5; sushi 3; chips 4, 0% G&T 1.5

Late posting today. I've had a bad back, really painful so done very little. DH made my lunch so lots of eggs as breakfast is his speciality.

All you can do is try what's suggested @bubbs. Your gain makes no sense at all. 🤔 Why not try a bit more cheese to use your syns. It would be healthy and not too much like eating for the sake of it.

I'm surprised what you have said about Margate @joedenise. I've not been there for many years but I thought it was supposed to have picked up since the art gallery opened. 

I didn't go to football today because of my back. It would have been agony sitting in a plastic seat for 90 minutes. It saved me the Crunchie syns. 😊

We didn’t go into the Turner this time as the couple of times we have been in it’s not what we would call art!  Think back to Tracey Emmin’s Unmade Bed which won  some big prize - well that’s the sort of thing which passes as art these days!

My DH’s speciality is breakfast as well @maman, particularly fry ups.

We’re going home late morning so other than fry up for breakfast not sure what else we’re eating today so I’ll come back later.
