    Maman what did you see?

Aldi SlimWell Chicken Tikka Masala, frozen (500g pack)

We saw an all male version of HMS Pinafore. It was hilarious, the men were so good in the women's parts. 😁

I wondered if they'd updated to the new recipe 🤔 It's meant to be more/better pieces of chicken but I'll take a photo of the food values when I go to Aldi, just in case.

Well done on your loss @joedenise and enjoy Quex Park.

    That meal looks fab @bubbs

I had the Aldi chicken saag last week - shared it with DH and it was lovely.

The creamy chicken Mauritian curry tonight was great. DH and DS2 both loved it. Will definitely make it again.

Yes, I do have the app but it may not have caught up with the 'improved' recipe. I think the app only tells you what SW have already worked out and/or chosen to put on there . 🤔

    Morning all,

Early post from me as I'm in the London office today. Had an end of year review yesterday with line manager, which was cathartic. Will be seeing boss today in person and have booked 30 minutes with her to ask about any development opportunities  and to tell her about the IV. Still no news but not holding out much hope.

    Food today in my rucksack!:
    B - overnight oats, mullerlight, cherries - B, 0.5
L - LO spag bol (the last of the mahoosive pot I made a few weeks back)
    D - chilli con carne and rice - S
    HEA - milk
Snacks - melon and grapes, hi fi bar - 3
    Syns - 3.5

    Have a good day all,
    Coxy

Morning all, it's looking much brighter this morning than yesterday with very little breeze.  Still need to get the van packed although have packed the clothes and a few things in the icebox but need to put the basics in like bread, butter, cheese, salad etc.

@Coxy11 - what's the recipe for the Mauritian curry please?  Sounds nice.

    Today's plan:

B - stuffed mushroom using up the LO rice from last night - HEA2; S; F
    L - ham salad sandwich -HEAB; P; S; 0.5
    D - teriyaki salmon; stir fried veg; noodles - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - LTL mayo 0.5; 0% G&T - 1

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, well done on your loss @joedenise and have a lovely time away.  Hope all goes well with your meetings and interview @Coxy11.  I have a one to one later and have my list prepared (more to keep me on track as he usually wanders way off it but also it scares him a little as he never knows what's on it ).

    Todays food:
    B - f/f yoghurt, mango, 1 tbsp Skinny syrup (0.5)
L - ham and egg salad with pickles
D - chilli with rice and salad

If I don't have rice with the chilli is this a SP day or does the mango mess it up?  SP usually leaves me hungry but I'm never sure I'm doing it right!  Still have HEB and A if I want anything.

Have a good day all

Not quite SP as mango is just Free and not Speed.  Not sure about yoghurt either - I know they used to say you couldn't have it but have a feeling that was changed a little while ago when they started syncing them.

If you are having proper Greek yoghurt (not greek style) then that is Protein so you can have that.

So really the only meal there which is completely SP is your lunch; plus dinner if you don't have the rice.
