Ruby, on the swimsuit subject…… I’ve never found a one piece that has fit well (large boobs and comparatively small bottom) so I too buy separates but tankini tops rather than bikini tops. They cover well and can be rolled/tucked up when stretched out on a sun bed. If you’ve money to burn try bravissimo. Expensive but last well and because they fit well they are super comfy. M&S do bra size tankini tops too.
Like Maman, I prefer the two strap top. Halter necks give me a headache - think it’s boob weight swinging from my neck that causes it.
Going it alone isn’t really working for me. I can find an excuse to eat something synful and put off getting weighed. I’m going to have to sort myself out because my fresh washed jeans nearly cut me in two. Think I’m going to have to find a new group.1 -

Good to see you posting again @Matron_Midge. Personally I find the thread enough (with WI at group every 2 months) but, after 10 years, I suppose I've developed a habit. I have considered buying scales but, as you said, clean jeans really let you know when you've over indulged. ☹️
What did you stuff the chicken with @bubbs? That's another dish we've not had for ages. I usually just use cheese and garlic and wrap in bacon. 🤔0 -
Morning all. Thank you ladies for listening to my ranting about swimwear. Will let you know if I have any success! Need to crack on with work now but had some ff yogurt and blueberries for breakfast, lunch is going to be something involving egg and toast with mushrooms and tomatoes and then dinner is lasagne with salad.

Morning everyone,
With all this talk of holiday clothes shopping I’m beginning to panic as we’re away the beginning of July in Cyprus! Swimwear especially needed – I’m short and pear-shaped and not big on top (how attractive!) so had opted for a one-piece halter neck last time. Will need to get on the case!
Lovely pork and apple burger last night with sweet potato fries and salad. Went to a friends’ house afterwards – her H left her and the boys 3 years ago and hasn’t seen them since, but wants the house and all his pension *******!!!!!!! - anyway, she’s a size 6, always has been, and now I know why. Offered me a biscuit from a new packet and we only had the one, and it was a digestive! I mean of all the biscuits!
Interview was okay….. I waffled a little bit, but should know by the end of the week. The team currently consists of 3 white, middle-aged women, so if they are serious about diversity, they won’t employ me!
Food today:
B – overnight oats – mullerlight, cherries – B, 0.5
L – lo pulled pork, salad, pickles – S
D – Creamy chicken mauritian curry, rice – new recipe from Free Food A-Z book I won in the raffle at group

Afternoon all
Fingers crossed Coxy
Maman i dry fried, peppers, onions and mushrooms then put it in a bowl and mixed 3 cheese triangles in it, i sprinkled paprika on the chicken breats, you need cocktail sticks to hold it together! I didn't count the cheese spread as it was half hexa between 2 of us but i hadn't had all mine anyway.
Today i have a real treat for tea, my friend ordered some real jersey potatoes and had them flown in from jersey and gave me some, so i have scraped them and got fresh mint to cook with them and havin lamb shank 4 syns 😋😋😋Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0
