I am here now Maman been busy, had dentist and didn't get back till 4.30 ish, then was trying to sort out my car insruance as noticed they had the wrong bank details and it's due tomorrow 🙄 tea, then a nice glitchy morrisons order with loads of tuna 18 x 4 packs for £9 😂 and 0%fat arla yoghurt 10 big ones for £4 😋😋

Evening everyone
Apologies I’ve been AWOL (again) had so much going on I’ve only loosely been on plan. I haven’t gained though which is good news. It was my rugby club awards bash on Saturday night. For the first time I rebelled and wore trousers 😂 I felt good though. I wore a size 16/18 outfit.I’m off to London Thursday- I have to find a dress for a wedding we’re off to on Sunday. This will be fun 😂but it’s going to be an awful lot easier than previously as I will have way more choice. I’m a bit gutted as I was supposed to be at an event Saturday night I was really looking forward to but it’s been moved to November so I can’t go now 😭I’m still going to London though and trying to make the most of it. I managed to get a ticket for Peter Kay’s Dance For Life show on Friday night which should be good.I was also in the office today for the first time in the new building- but I’ve had the best day food wise in a while, it would have been so easy to topple off plan but in actual fact my Syns were pretty minimal.Coxy- fellow civil servant here. I’ve also applied for a few jobs outside the CS and got nowhere. I think I’m staying where I am for now though as I’m getting some really good adjustments in place. Problem is though I think you kind of end up getting stuck- in my case it’s because I work part time and nowhere else could match the wage I get for the hours I work.B: HEXB Lizi’s SF granola, blueberries, FF natural Greek yoghurt, decaf coffee with HEXA
