    Great result @SingleSue.
Did you get your club 10?

    Thinking of you all Coxy.
One single, solitary pound away from it now.

We've got a holiday week booked off from SW next week due to going away, so fingers crossed it I will get it the week later.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Enjoy your holiday @SingleSue.  Where are you going?

The weather is absolutely foul this morning - just wish this rain would stop!  Today is forecast to be the last of the rain but we shall see.  I'm hoping it will be dry tomorrow so that I can get my washing done and onto the line.  If it rains I think I'm going to have to do it anyway and put it on an airer but that will mean having to do another load Saturday which is when I'm hoping to get the bedding done!

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs on toast - HEB; P
    L - tuna salad with couscous - P; S; F
D - eating out after DH's MRI so who knows but will try to be sensible

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - ?, will probably have a glass of wine

    Have a good day everyone.

Well done to all the losers and maintainers  :)

Yesterday was the day from hell at work and I blew SW last night. I'm not even attempting to work out syns, line is drawn and back on the wagon but so annoyed with myself.

    Today's plan:
B - toast and jam (HEXB), 2 syns
    L - lentil soup (if it's ready!)
D - chilli salmon, baby potatoes, green beans, carrots and tomatoes

Have a good day everyone :)

We've got a concert to go to at Wembley and because it is not easy to get back the same day (actually it is impossible via train) and my energy levels, we are staying over for a few days and making a short break of it.

I'm really looking forward to it but it is going to be emotional as it was the last birthday present my dad bought me, it was supposed to be for my 50th in 2020 but the pandemic intervened, dad died in late 2020 and it kept being postponed.

Sorry to hear about your dad @SingleSue but it will be a good memory of him when you go to the concert.  At least you'll be able to do other free things being in London on the other days as long as your energy levels let you.

Our Gambia holiday next April was originally supposed to have been for our Golden Wedding Anniversary in 2021 but got cancelled so we postponed it another year so that hopefully the Covid figures there would be lower.  It's been noted on your booking that it's a deferred Anniversary trip.  Hopefully they'll give us some wine or something in our room!

    I've finally finished my skirt!!!

I wish we had thought about my energy levels and neuro condition for the concert we went to this week as I'm currently bedbound due to it!

Thank goodness we had the foresight to make an almost holiday for it for next week, albeit forced into it by the location and train availability and because we just thought it might be nice to do it in a more relaxed fashion by extending it.

Good idea to make a mini break around the concert @SingleSue. It'll make it more memorable and special, aside from the practical reasons. We had a great few days in London earlier in the year and it's so much more enjoyable when you don't have to rush.

Well done on finishing your skirt @joedenise. Lovely day here but it wasn't forecast so the washing still waits! I've changed the bedding and towels so that I can get it out early tomorrow.

Sorry to hear last night was a SW disaster @Jellybaby. Hope today at work is better for you.

WI didn't go well. 1lb on. ☹️ That means I have to try and lose a pound PDQ to get back in range.

I'll do my best but we're out tomorrow with DD2 as it's her birthday next week. I'm going to write everything down to see if that helps. For example, tonight's gravy might have a syn (possibly less🤔) as it's LO from Sunday. I avoided cheese with my lunch omelette as having cereal plus drinks today might push me into HEA2. Those are the only sort of 'hidden' syns I can think of. Have had a good walk this morning which might help.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB Weetabix, HEA1 and 2 milk for drinks and cereal
    L- ham and veg omelette (P, S), beetroot (S)
    D- liver, bacon (P), onions (S), mash (F), greens (S)
    Syns - LO gravy 1

@joedenise the jacket filling was actually a bit smoke salmon folded in with prawns, have done with poached salmon and prawns too, just adds a bit more to it. Hope DH MRI is not too stressful.
Well glad I made the most of yesterday as today dark wet and dismal.  I suffer from neuropathy in feet if don't walk but this sort of day I stay in and my fourlegged friend has to be pushed out the door, bless him. So a bit house work and exercise, lovely young man on Youtube
