Afternoon all, well done @SingleSue and middle son, brilliant losses again.

It was STS for me this morning which I'm OK with after the Eggs Benedict last week.  It dropped to the lower half pound and then went back up to the even lb so was definitely only just STS rather than the half lb unfortunately.  I sort of expected it as according to my scales I'd put on 0.2lb!

Well done @joedenise. I'd certainly take that. I know we're always happier with a loss but your doctor did tell you not to lose any more.😁

Still tipping down here. It's so miserable. ☹️

  • Hi all just caught up from November 7th!

Not much movement on the scales, 1/2lb up followed by a maintain, back to writing everything down again.

Think I've realised where I was going wrong, I used to average 7 syns a day that's crept up to 12 sometimes more as hubby kept throwing sweets at me and I daftly ate them, coinciding with me stopping my walking I think it resulted in me maintaining or going up/down by 1/2lb.

I'm going to try hard to get my 5st by Christmas.

Another week until we go on holiday - go early Thursday morning!  It's going to be another day of getting up about 3am!!!!  Still it's not as bad when it's for your own holiday!  Told them at group I won't be back until 21 December!  That'll give me a couple of weeks to get back into target range hopefully!

What salmon did you use for your jacket filling?   Sounds lovely whatever sort it was.  I'm probably having boring baked beans on my jacket tomorrow!

Beanie it was so funny we had the giggles 🤣🤣🤣

Dad's not been well :( he went day centre, my sister picked him up he was ok, but when he went to get out the car was all confused and couldn't walk :(
Mum made him sit down and rest, but then he said he was going bed and didn't want tea, he said he was cold but the bottoms of his legs were burning 🤔 then i spoke to mum later and he had got up and wanted some tea 😂 so was having poached eggs on toast, he has his main meal at the centre today.
Mum didn't know if he was just over tired as didn't sleep worrying about going doctors, then wittles about today , anything different and it's like an anxiety thing
