Just thought I'd give you the bad news.....DH phoned as away and the phone line is as bad as ever. So here I go again.
Still laptop signal is OK (hope I've not spoke too soon)0 -
Morning all, oh no @Vegastare that's not good! Hope they sort it out soon - it seems to have been going on for ever!
Well it's another grey, murky day and don't think it'll be long before it starts raining so another day with no washing! Looks like it's going to be Friday and/or Saturday to get all the washing done and then after that everything can just go in the wash bin until we get back from holiday! We're not going until Thursday morning but have decided I'm not going to group next week as I want to make sure everything is ready that day and the place is clean and tidy - don't want to come back to a load of housework - it'll be bad enough with the washing!
Today's plan:
B - mushroom omelette - P; S; will take a banana to have at group F
L - smoked salmon and cucumber sandwich - HEB; P; S; 3.5 (need something quick as taking my friend to hospital for appt)
D - beef and courgette koftas; couscous; salad; yoghurt dressing - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - 10g butter 3.5
Have a good day everyone.

Morning,
Woke up about 5am as the rain was battering the windows. Still raining heavily now urghh! Luckily I'm WFH today but do need to pop out later to post something (need to check it's not a strike day) plus pay in a cheque.
It's 6 years to the day that my DNephew was found. Have messaged my sister as I always do - she tends to go to ground during this week (he died on 22nd). We have raised over £10k for mental health charities in that time - some small comfort at least.
You remember I have the onerous task of inputting quarterly 'bonuses' at work? Well of the 64 I input in October 2 failed, and I only realised yesterday. I had to email the two people concerned and let them know and I feel awful about it. They've no doubt planned what to use the money for - like food or heating. I feel terrible. The (insert rude word here) system is so (insert rude word here). And joy of joys I have another 50+ to input on Monday. It's just a lot of responsibility for me to input AND approve them - should be two sets of eyes on the process imho.
In food news:
B - 2 x WM toast, 2 tsp jam, grapes - HEB, 1
L - JP, baked beans, grated cheese - 1, HEA
D - pan-griddled salmon, stringless beans, broccoli, carrots - P, S
HEA - milk
Syns - hi fi bar plus 2, so 5 total
Have a good day all

Morning all. Oh no @Vegastare - hope BT can get it sorted for you soon! Hope the increased dose of your tablets don't cause you too many problems @joedenise but sounds like a fairly positive appointment.
DH had his foot injection last night and it went well we think 🤞 Went for a curry afterwards as a little treat for him (I had a biriyani which was chock full of vegetables!) and now just have to wait and see what happens with his foot. Feeling quite full after last night so no breakfast for me yet, and no idea what lunch or dinner is going to look like as we were going to have a curry this evening but that's redundant now so probably going to be a risotto or something...
Anyway, better get going and do some work. 2lbs loss for me and 2.5lbs loss for middle son this week. I've now lost 1 stone 12.5lbs and he has lost 2 stone 8.5 lbs
Happy with thatWe made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

That's amazing @SingleSue, especially when you were so concerned about going to the gig.
