Yes but next week might be a gain 😂 birthday week, out for a meal at my sister's tomorrow but it is a roast

Evening,

A 1lb loss for me which given its star week, is a minor miracle. Well done @bubbs and @Jellybaby x

Came home and steam mopped floors and tidied garden front and back. Saw missed calls from BIL - DMum had blacked out in the street and fallen on her face so was at A&E with DSis. Per covid restrictions DSis did the triage but then I went in and we sat for 7 hours before being called. Low blood potassium plus she doesn’t eat before 11am most days, so has instructions to get a prescription and eat little and often. She’s staying here tonight as needs monitoring for 24 hours. We got Burger King on the way home as it was 8pm and we hadn’t eaten. Not bothered about syns tbh!

Now off to bed!

Glad you're pleased with your omelette maker. It's an ideal, relatively cheap way of getting protein and filled with veg like mushrooms, spring onions, tomatoes makes it even more SW friendly. I usually have pickles (mostly beetroot) on the side, an easy way to up the Speed. Not sure if they're veg you can eat? 🤔

I fill mine with mushrooms, onions, a bit of ham and for middle son, some jalapenos. We usually do pickled onions, beetroot (love beetroot, middle son hates it) and whatever else we can find that is free on the side.

I don't like tomatoes, used to love plum ones but then started to get an allergic reaction to them.
