All Inclusive can be SW friendly as long as there's plenty of choice @joedenise. I once had an upgrade to AI in Majorca because when we arrived there'd been a booking error (theirs) so we were moved to a super apartment hotel with all inclusive lunch and dinner. The food there was great with plenty of salads and cold meats but it can vary.
I don't think you'd change the taste or do anything dangerous by freezing the moussaka @Coxy11 but I think the topping would go a bit dry and solid. I freeze dauphinois potatoes with creme fraiche and generally add a bit of milk when reheating them. Perhaps keep some in the fridge and just freeze a small portion to try. 🤔
I think I've posted about it before @Jellybaby, but we have a lovely neighbour who collects for the local foodbank in big boxes outside his front door. I've agreed to help him leaflet the local area next week as they want Christmas items as well as all the usual basics. It's going to be a really hard year for many, especially those who want to treat their children.
I fried up some bacon lardons, mushrooms and a lone spring onion at lunchtime to mix with the LO pasta sauce. It was delicious, made a really nice change.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, fried eggs, bacon (P)
L- bacon, mushroom and onion penne with tomato sauce (P, F, S)
D- savoury mince (P,S), new potatoes (F), carrots, cauli, broccoli, cabbages (S)

So bad news first 1lb gain.....TBH if I hadn't gained I would have been shocked, think the 1lb is luck at really pulling myself on plan again. I have a goal in mind to reach by Xmas so fingers crossed.
Car is all sorted glad to say....DH has a slight reduction in his bank balance. But needs must.
I am so glad @maman that you keep an eye on me food wise....I did actually add some broc to last nights tea - mushy peas need something else.
I managed to get some fresh fish today...no one sells nice fish around me so was lucky to pick up both haddock and fresh tuna with third off when out this afternoon is a nearest big town.
B porridge blues and rasp and FF yog low fat agave 0.5 syns
L Mushroom omelette with sliced toms
D grilled haddock sliced toms cheddar cheese new pots green beans and broc
HEA Milk and grated cheddar
HEB porridge.

@maman - it's not the food that's the problem with AI! It's all the alcohol but I shan't be drinking loads of wine as the wine isn't particularly nice, assuming it's similar to what we had at the last hotel! It will just be a small glass with lunch and dinner. I'll stick to spirits at other times. They also don't have low calorie/sugar free mixers so that doesn't help either.
I'm sure you'll shift that lb gain @Vegastare this coming week, and more besides as long as you stick to plan.

It's good to hear you're helping others out @bubbs as well as helping us all to feel good about ourselves on the weightloss.
I just thought, it must be hard having all those goodies in the house until Christmas!! I hope they're safely hidden away. 🤔😉
I think any of us would settle for just a pound gain after a holiday @Vegastare. Well done for getting straight back on plan. 👍0 -
@bubbs - I used to get up at 5am when I was working but not any more - unless it's to catch a plane somewhere🤣🤣🤣! Now it's more like 7 o'clock - much more civilised!
Sounds like good hampers you're putting together to raise money for Christmas. Like @maman said hope you have the goodies hidden away somewhere!
I got some fabric yesterday to make a dress which I'm going to try and get made to take on holiday with me as don't have many and like to wear a dress in the evenings. Shorts are fine during the day. I've washed the fabric and dried it so need to iron it this morning and hoping to at least get it cut out today. The pattern was one I needed to download from the internet and then stick together - that was fun! There 37 sheets of paper and 5 or 6 of them needed to be printed out twice so that I didn't have to join all the sheets into one piece! Still I've already got that done so now it's just a case of getting on with it. At least while I'm cutting and sewing I'm not eating so that's a plus too!
Back to SW matters! Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs and spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
L - jacket potato, cottage cheese, salad - P; S; F
D - kedgeree - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - couple of G&Ts or rum & ginger beer - see which I fancy tonight - 5 (rum) or 6 (gin)
Have a good day everyone.
