It's free membership until 23rd April if you buy a 12 week countdown @beanielou if that's any help. Hope the new group works out for you.
Why can't you bear to go back to the nearest one?1 -
In short Denise, dont like venue or the person who takes class.
Same old people all there because they have either not lost weight despite being there for years or have put it all back on.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. I do hope the new group works for you. You'll feel so much better in yourself if you lose and it will probably be better for your health too. 🤗0 -
@beanielou my Mum's old group was like that and since she left it sounds like its got worse.
We have one in my group that I don't think has had their light bulb moment yet, I can imagine it's quite frustrating for our consultant trying to motivate her each week.
I went out for a 3 mile walk this morning, followed by a round of crazy golf.
Our boiler is fixed so have hot water again, we had momentarily been planning a new kitchen if the boiler was beyond repair but not meant to be this time.

Evening all
Hope all goes well in your new group, beanie.I’m just plodding along at the minute. Got loads going on so my weight loss is a bit sluggish but it’s not massively headed in the other direction so I’m okay with that. I know I’ve lost an awful lot of weight and inches and my body is firmly resisting for the time being 😂Today I wore an outfit I don’t think I’ve worn in at least 3 or 4 years. It fitted, and it was comfy and looked good so I’m content with that. I’m back in the 16/18’s and I’m actually in a really happy place. I know my doctors and DN would go ‘oh you’re still morbidly obese we won’t be happy until you weigh 8 stone blah blah’ but I’m doing what I can. WI tomorrow and yes I’m probably going to get the disapprovals off the WI team (as I did last week when I lost half) but I’ve spent most of Easter eating rubbish. As probably have most of them.*climbs off soapbox* 😂
Today’s menu:
B: HEXB Lizi’s granola, blueberries and FF natural Greek yoghurt. Decaf coffee with part HEXA
L: SW lunch pot, veg. Measured Easter egg chocolate (4)
D- Feta stuffed peppers (HEXA) with couscous (0.5) and spiced roasted cauliflower and onions, with salad (this was gorgeous. It was a recipe from the latest magazine. Will definitely make it again) Grenade CarbKilla ice cream bar (6)
S: HiFi (3) Popchips (3.5)
Syns: 17
Night all xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200
