Getting a loss with a day to go is brilliant @Gettingtherequickly. You'll be able to enjoy your concert even more. ๐๐๐
Glad to hear you had a better experience today @MrsRyan and that you are pleased with your STS. ๐
B&M is the last place I'd think of for gammon @bubbs. Was that steaks or a joint? ๐ค1 -
Well done on STSย @Mrs_Ryan and yay to the positive encouragement, that's more like it!
Good lossย @Gettingtherequickly - hope you enjoy the musical. Was thinking of that as a gift for BIL and SIL so please let me know what you think.@bubbs โ is that stag veg chilli?
We saw Operation Mincemeat at the cinema last night. Started at 8.30pm and had to keep eating new chewing gum to keep me awake. Film was really good though - I mean what's not to like with Colin Firth and Matthew Macfadyenย
Spent most of yesterday looking for other jobs and browsing on MSE. Applied for one external post. We have in year awards (a new thing this year) and Iโm not on the list to receive one, but you can bet your life Iโll be asked to input everyone elses (x 79). Iโm just waiting for that conversation to happenโฆ.
Food today:
B โ overnight oats, cherries, mullerlight โ HEB, 0.5
L โ LO bolognaise pasta
D โ slow cooked pulled pork, sweet potato wedges, salad โ S
HEA โ milk
HEA โ mini babybel light
Total syns - 0.5
Have a good day everyone

Don't blame you looking for another job @Coxy11. We all like to be appreciated. Good luck with your search. ๐
Hope you feel a bit more cheerful today @joedenise. It's been beautiful here today too. I had a nice walk this morning. Good to get some Body Magic in as no dance classes during the school holidays.ย
Still undecided about what to choose for dinner but will be having wine and hope something to celebrate. It's the first time we've been to the pub to watch football for over 2 years. Lunch out tomorrow too and then I really must start thinking about next WI.ย
Today's EE plan -ย
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, banana (F), berries (S)ย
L- LO casserole (P, F, S)ย
D- tbc
Syns - too many! ๐คฃ0 -
Certainly feeling a bit more cheerful @maman. ย We're going away in the motorhome tomorrow until Sunday but I'm going to be good and stick with 0% alcohol G&T most of the time! ย I have got some other "real" alcohol and mixers if I want something. ย
We're going to a place with gardens/woods you can walk round (we get a cheap rate as well whilst camping! - think it was ยฃ5 each last time). ย It should be lovely in the woods as they're carpeted with bluebells at this time of year which is really nice.
The beef bourguignon was lovely tonight - there was far too much meat in it so some of the cooked meat will be frozen for another meal and I'll just add plenty of onions, garlic and mushrooms to it. ย That is another thing which will be on next month's plan.
Enjoy your meal and wine this evening and your lunch tomorrow
How long have you got until you need to go to WI again?

That sounds delightful with all the bluebells @joedenise. I think it's just two weeks today before my next WI so all systems go after tomorrow.ย
I had a steak with a JP in the pub. Only the Speed was a tomato and onion rings!! Plus the wine syns and all for carp football. ๐คฃ At least we walked home so I've done 14 000 steps today. ๐
No @bubbs tonight. I hope all is well. ๐ค0
