Afternoon all, we had a good walk round the gardens and bluebell woods this morning.  You could see the bluebells best from a distance.  Close up you could see they were just past their best.  Lots of lovely flowering shrubs and trees as well.  Loads of different varieties of tulips which were beautiful.  Think they are my favourite flowers.

Well done @bubbs on the loss .

Sounds like a good place to eat again @maman.

Not going to be completely on plan today as the organisers have arranged afternoon scone, jam and cream!  I’m just going to have half a scone with tsp of jam and cream.  DH can have the rest!  At least it will help with the syns!  With that I think I can stay just within syns!!!

Afternoon all, one off for me too @bubbs!  Was hoping for more after last week’s gain but I’ll take it and plod on. Been for shopping so all stocked up and menu plan done.  Also bought a load of plants in Aldi, really cheap and cheerful so off to pot them up.

Well done @bubbs and @Jellybaby! Its a great feeling to get a loss! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Glad you're back on track @Coxy11. You must have burned off some calories on your walk to only gain 2.5lbs with all the carbs.👍🏼

After posting last night I really fancied egg & chips so, as DH wasn't hungry, I indulged myself. I did mushrooms and tomatoes alongside so perfectly on plan.

I bought Aldi bedding plants last year @Jellybaby and was delighted with them. We were having our back garden landscaped in the autumn so no point doing anything there so I just wanted to cheer up the front (and me 😉) and it gave me loads of pleasure during lockdown. I don't normally go for a riot of colour but it made me smile every time I looked at them. 😊 I'm not going to buy much this year though as we're hoping to go on our (much postponed) 2020 holiday and I don't want DD1 to have to do too much watering.

Glad to hear you're having a good time @joedenise. Like you, although I don't dislike a cream tea, I'm not so fussed that I'd want to use up too many syns. One of the dances I'm going to next month has a cream tea advertised but it's going to be perilously close to my next WI so probably won't indulge.

I've prepped our dinner, boiled a piece of gammon, made a big pot of lentil soup and put Bolognese in the SC this afternoon. And I checked through the freezers to be sure the inventory was up to date. 😇

    Today's EE plan-
B- scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, 0.5 HEA milk for drinks
    L- JP (F), prawns (P), salad (S)
D- gammon (P), SW chips (F), cauliflower, tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms (S), cheese sauce (1.5 HEA)
Syns- LTL mayo 1 in Marie Rose sauce, 1 cornflour in cheese sauce, weekend wine😁❤🍷

Great idea to make a pitta pizza rather than buy one in @bubbs. Glad you enjoyed it. 😋

I've worked out that my next WI is a week on Thursday so must have 12 good days until then. 🤞 nothing happens to throw me off course.

The reason we don't have it is the cooked cheese upsets dh's tummy 🙄

So, what does Mr Bubbs have when you're having pitta pizza? Or do you just sprinkle the cheese on after it's cooked? 🤔
