stag low fat chilli, free on small jacket with 25g lean protein cheese , part hexa and side salad, banana
Tea i had gammon steak, chips, mushrooms , egg, salad and hexb soft pitta a made a chip and salad butty with it 😂 4 syns for bbq sauce
