@bubbs sorry to hear about the window....hope you get it sorted and track who did it.

Well today I am declaring an Off plan day....my breakfast was on track but out for walk and decided on lunch snack.....panini with bacon cheese and cranberry and yes salad had coleslaw, plus a big latte.... and slice cheese cake, plus roast chicken dinner awaiting soon.

I can't seem to eat well when out....do it so rarely I think what the heck enjoy and I did....back on track tomorrow and no wine today.

It is difficult to stay on plan eating out @Vegastare but for an occasional treat what mattters is that you enjoy the syns. What I hate is an expensive but mediocre meal.

I'm cooking even more than usual veg today so should be fine for at least a couple of lunches of LOs.

We're having lamb which is fatty {but delicious 😋} compared to other meats but can afford any extra syns. Also picked on a pack of chilli chicken yesterday and today which is 2 syns. I'm working on the fact that both 8 weeks to next WI and alcohol free Friday give me a lot of leeway. 😁

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, fried egg (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
    L- chilli chicken (P), cornichons, tomatoes, 2 plums (S)
D- roast lamb (P), LM stuffing, SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns - gravy 4, chicken 2, weekend wine

I don't usually fancy a pudding but I could eat that ice cream and pears right now @bubbs.😋

I don't know how we're going to manage when the weather turns after all these months of drying washing outside. I' didn't have a full load  today so put it off to later in the week.

Lamb was delicious, ages since we last had it.

I think my spare room's going to end up looking like a Chinese laundry once I can't dry my washing outside - I'm refusing to use my tumble dryer until I'm nearly running out of clothes to wear!

    Morning all,

Sorry for the radio silence yesterday. BFF didn't go home until 12noon and then I had a few errands to do including painting the huge pine wardrobe in our bedroom - will need at least two more coats but doesn't take too long luckily.  I had a fun night with BFF - we have been friends nearly 50 years and could talk for England! We had Nandos for dinner - I had the chickpea and spinach patty with side of coleslaw - lots of syns but didn't care!!

Had a bacon sandwich for breakfast yesterday then a hi fi for lunch with 2 satsumas. Went to see The Lost King mid-afternoon which felt very indulgent then had hm BNS soup for dinner with a WM roll. Had to take DS2 to the station at 9.30pm for a train back to uni. DD had a long talk with (ex) BF (after he didn't pick up the first 3 times at arranged time...) and they are trying again. Utterly speechless.

    Food today:
    B - raisin fruit wheats, blueberries, mullerlight - HEB, S, 0.5
    L - tuna, lettuce leaves, pickles, satsumas - S
D - SW sweet chilli chicken, rice, green beans - 0.5
    HEA - milk
    HEA - babybel light
    Syns - 1

@bubbs so annoyed for you about the window. I hope the guy gets in touch today. Glad you're happy with the new table.
@maman - that's great about the chilli - and glad you enjoyed the movie
@joedenise that carpet sounds like a good purchase.

    Have a good day all

Morning all, not very nice this morning as been raining most of the night although it's stopped at the moment - the local forecast last night didn't look as though it was going to stop until about 9am; my online website actually shows rain until lunchtime so better than either of those!  I'm hoping it brightens up later as we decided to change the motorhome bedding and put the warmer sheet and duvet cover on the motorhome bed now it's getting a bit colder and that's what we have on our bed at the moment indoors.  As long as it brightens up then that will be yet another load of washing to do!

I do all the dark washing on a 30 degree 15 minute wash but like to do the whites, towels and bedding on a 40 degree "normal" wash.

Glad you had a good time with your BFF @Coxy11 and don't worry about the extra syns as you usually only have a couple of syns on other days so plenty of syns available to stay within the limit and still get a loss.

The carpet was definitely a good buy but DH decided to cut it a bit longer so that it does from the cab though to the step up into the kitchen area so a shorter piece left which he has put down in front of his chair in the living room as the tiles are a bit cold now.  We're actually thinking about getting another piece of carpet to cover the main part of the living room just for the winter as we actually prefer the look of the tiles but they are definitely colder than carpet so looks like it might be another visit to the carpet warehouse sometime.

    Today's plan:

    B - baked oats, mixed frozen fruit, frozen cherries - P; S; F
    L - vegetable soup - S; F
D - red onion and rosemary sausage toad in the hole, potatoes, veg - P; S; F; 4.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
    Syns - flour 4.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all.  Glad to hear you had a good time away @bubbs but sorry to hear about the window again.  Hope the guy answers or at least calls you back today!

I honestly thought Eurovision was going to Glasgow @beanielou and @Coxy11.  Glad we sorted out accommodation a few months ago (we all booked refundable air bnb's with low deposits in the most likely cities) so just need to try and get tickets now.  Think we're aiming for the Thursday semi-final to see it live and then will watch the final in our very nice apartment with a few drinks!

Glad you enjoyed the film @maman - I wanted to see it too but DH isn't so keen so will wait until it's on one of the many streaming services we currently have access to 😂

That carpet sounds like a great deal @joedenise and think it's sensible to see if you can get a bit big enough for your living room for the colder weather.

Weighed in this morning and have put on 1lb, but then again star week is due and I wasn't 100% on plan this weekend (there may or may not have been a trip to cinnabon on Saturday...)  Back to it today though with usual yogurt and fruit for breakfast (pomegranate seeds today), poached egg on toast for lunch with some mushrooms and dinner is leftover pasta bake from the freezer with some broccoli.

Oh and I finally finished my 12 week strength training workout plan on Saturday 🥳  Might have taken 18 weeks to finish but I enjoyed it and can definitely see the changes in my body - my arms and legs are definitely more toned, just need the mid-section to catch up now 😆  On to the next 12 week plan which should take me to the end of the year.  Also need to start doing some yoga again as I might be a bit stronger but I've lost a lot of flexibility.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning everyone, slept in this morning and have been chasing my tail since I jumped out of bed in fright!  Still to read back and catch up with everyone.

Have stayed on plan over the weekend and picked at free food last night while watching TV - a packet of chicken gone along with half a bag of plum tomatoes and half a jar of pickled onions!

    Today's food:
B - f/f Greek yoghurt, 45g bran flakes (HEXB), banana
    L - tuna salad
D - bolognaise with tagliatelle and parmesan (HEXA2)
Syns - 1.5 for salad cream with salad

    Have a good day everyone!
