Welcome home @bubbs. Holidays for enjoying and seems like you did. Don't blame you not going tomorrow. Are you having a few weeks off before going to WI to make sure you're back in range?
Well done on jumping back on plan immediately.
I jumped on the scales this morning and I'm bang on top end of target but won't be making a decision as to whether to go to WI next week until after the weekend!

Morning all, another good day so am washing the door mats and the ones from the motorhome. We need to buy a new big rug for the main part of the van as the last one had started to disintegrate so we dumped it when we got home. We're planning a weekend away next weekend so need something to help keep the warmth in! I still need to get out there and wash the floors before the mats can go back down though. They have at least be swept to get rid of the bits! Another job for early next week. We're hoping to find a rug today at the carpet warehouse place in the next town.
So apart from going to look for a new rug/carpet offcut this morning I need to buy some jacket potatoes as the bag I bought back from France hasn't got any decent sized potatoes in it and I'm definitely planning on eating jackets this week, including today!
So today's plan looks like this:
B - stuffed mushrooms - 0.5 HEA2;S; F
L - jacket potato, baked beans, cheese, salad - 0.5 HEA2; S; F
D - vegetable tagine, couscous - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - none planned
Syns - probably a couple of rum and ginger beers
Have a good day everyone.

Hi all,
Yes @beanielou I agree Glasgow should have got it, but Liverpool a good choice. No hotels left so might try for tickets and stay with friends on the Wirral
I weighed in today with a 1.5lb gain - what the heck! Honestly could not believe it and especially because I've been on plan all week including last night when I went to my friends with a little plastic pot with 50cl of rum and two cans of pepsi max! How AR is that?!
I do know that I don't drink enough during the day - mainly tea with one afternoon coffee and a glass of squash with dinner. I went to the town after group and bought a bottle with times on the side, to remind me to drink. It's a 700ml bottle and I've had 1.5 bottles already this afternoon. It was also on offer at half price £3.25
Food today:
B - banana (at group), salt and vinegar chickpeas (bravechick brand) - 7 syns (needed something to keep me going whilst in the town)
L - hm bns and carrot soup, WM roll - S, HEB
D - either a takeaway or eating out as BFF is coming to stay - no alcohol though just tea!!
HEA - milk
HEA - babybel light
Syns - 7 plus takeaway.....
Welcome back @bubbs - I'm glad you had a good time and the food sounds lovely. I can't eat fish and chips now as my belly can't take it unfortunately. Congratulations on the baby news

Shame about the 1.5lbs @Coxy but your good work this week won't be wasted. It's probably because of the various effects of those carb/lack of veg when you were away. Keep plodding and drinking the water and it'll come good. 😊
Glad you enjoyed your holiday @bubbs and great news about the great niece on the way. Sounds like every syn you had in Bournemouth was worth it. 👍🏼
Thanks for the scales recommendations. I've never weighed anywhere other than at SW for years and years so still undecided. I'm afraid I'll get obsessed. 🤔
You're right, capers are syn free @Vegastare. I often chop them and/or cornichons to add to HM burgers.
Call me a cynic but I wasn't surprised that Liverpool got Eurovision. It's a lovely city but, a bit like when we didn't get the recent City of Culture decision, I always feel there's politics involved. 🤔
Like you @joedenise, I usually pick out the larger potatoes from a bag to make JPs but they've been small lately. I've been doubling up instead. Today I had 3!! 🤣
Yesterday was very successful for me on the SW front. We enjoyed the Mrs Harris film, ages since we've been to the cinema so made a nice change. DH tried to divert me into a Mexican restaurant afterwards but we looked at the outside menu and there wasn't anything that jumped out so we came home. I had chilli on the table in less than half an hour, with a little cheat of a pouch of microwave rice (no HM left in the freezer) which was just 1.5 syns shared. Also an alcohol free Friday so heaps of syns left for the rest of the week. 😁
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S), banana (F)
L- JP (F), prawn cocktail (P), tomatoes, cornichons, beetroot (S)
D- sweet and sour chicken (P, S), noodles (F)
Syns- LTL mayo 1, Ben's sauce 1.5, weekend wine😋0 -
Hi folks, good you had a nice time away @bubbs and sorry about the gain @Coxy11 but it will be off next week, you’re always on the move 😁 maybe I gave you mine Coxy as that’s what I lost this week.
Supposed to be going over to a friends later but she was coming down with a cold yesterday so if she cancels I’ll be happy just to snuggle down. It’s so cold and wet here.
Food today was banana at group, ham salad roll after shopping with the parents (I need Valium and a lie down 🙈🤣) and dinner tonight is a simple pasta bake with chorizo and bacon and loads of veg in the sauce.
Snagged a Lidl £1.50 box this morning. What a bargain - five leeks, plum tomatoes, four pears, two small apples, 6 bananas, carrots, chillies, bag of limes and bag of lemons - and all looking very fresh. I’ve sliced and froze some of the limes and lemons for future gins 😍 and three of the leeks, the other two were added to a huge pot of chicken and rice soup.
