Sorry to hear you had a gain of 1.5lb @Coxy11 but I'm sure you'll shift that this week. As @maman said it's probably the combination of carbs and lack of veg whilst walking. Just stick to plan this week and it will go.
Well done @Jellybaby on your 1.5lb loss. The pasta bake sounds lovely - really like a bit of chorizo. Don't need much to get loads of flavour.
My friend and I both grabbed a Lidl £1.50 box this afternoon. She had some corn on the cob in her box which she doesn't eat and I had loads of radishes which I don't eat and DH isn't keen on so we did a swap. Also got 6 plums, 2 apples, a big bunch of black grapes, 6 red onions,, a sweet potato and at least a dozen red chillies which have been frozen so they don't go to waste. There was also couple of leeks which have been chopped and added to the veggie tagine. So a pretty good value box.

@joedenise I must take a look in Lidl nearest is by MIL - we are dominated by Aldi...Lidl always announce looking in the area but Aldi seem to get in first. Well done @Jellybaby good loss. @Coxy11 you will pull a good weight loss next week. Thanks @maman for verifying the capers, who needs ready made sauces with low fat mayo and FF yog.
This Mrs Harris goes to Paris (lucky thing) seems like a good film. I have not been to see a film or the theatre for years, used to go a fair bit pre covid. It's weird how we think pre covid, but finger crossed it will be jabbed and ready to go.

Why me ? why another? So went round next door and said who has cut there grass? she said why? i said because my front window is shattered!! she told me and said i was watching him but didn't see it happen but was expecting hers to go as stones were flying everywhere!

Good loss @Jellybaby! 👏👏👏
And you and @joedenise did really well on the Lidl boxes. Good on the SW and mse front. Perfect! 😁
That's infuriating about the window @bubbs. ☹️ Did you find a dining table? 🤔0 -
Maman yes bought it and brought it home, just need to find some new chairs to match it, it's really good as its a square , then you twist the top and open the leaf and doubles in size, we wanted smaller as just us 2 but big enough when anyone comes
Our other one was really huge and glass, so i put it on free page, collection only, gets a message can you deliver? No it says free and collection only! Then someone wants to come at 11pm..........errr no think not!!

Glad to hear at least something went right for you today @bubbs. Crazy idea that anyone would think of collecting your old table at 11pm! Madness. 🤣
I was thinking of going to the Company Shop myself yesterday but no time with film starting early. I wonder how they'll be affected by shops desperate to cut down on waste. 🌞
I tidied up my freezers today and redid the inventory. I've got loads of meal basics at the moment so not desperate for any more.0 -
Maman, tere was loads of "stuff" just nothing i eat, loads of yogurts but all 5, 10% or full fat, very little meat

Morning all, @bubbs that's terrible about your windows. As @beanielou says not the best of days. Glad you got your dining table though. Nothing worse than going out to look for something and not finding anything you like (at a price you like!). Looks like you'll be spending quite bit of time prepping and chopping carrots. Lots of roasted carrots and soups then!
Another nice day but no plans other than washing the floor in the motorhome and once that's dry DH will be cutting the carpet we bought yesterday to fit. We managed to pick up a hotel quality carpet offcut which will probably be big enough to make 2 rugs - one for now and we can bag up the other half and put it up into the loft until it needs replacing again. It cost us a whole £10! What a bargain.
There was plenty of the butternut squash tagine left so have portioned up and put into the freezer. It was a bit on the spicy side so will have remember to get some cottage cheese to have with it in future - also makes a good jacket topping!
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F
L - stuffed peppers - part HEA2; S; F; 0.5
D - SC pulled pork, roast potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw - P; S; F; 1
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - none planned but ended up with some Ryvita and Primula Light last night so may do same again tonight
Syns - Flavoured couscous 0.5; LTL mayo 1; couple of G&Ts 6
Have a good day everyone.
