You're very welcome to join us @ltbaker1986. Are you joining a SW group? Done it before? 🤔
Enjoy your meal @Jellybaby. I love things like samosas, bhajis and poppadums.😋
It's DH's birthday tomorrow but as he's working in the evening, I've no idea what's happening with meals. Currently he's talking about going out on Thursday instead and I know the plan is to go to the pub to watch football on Friday. Makes a bit of a mockery of meal planning! 🤣
I'm going to try making the pasta sauce from passata today instead of tinned tomatoes to see if we prefer it.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, bacon, fried egg (P), mushrooms (S) HEA1 milk for drinks
L- veggie omelette (P, S), ham (P), beetroot, tomatoes, cornichons (S)
D- meatballs (P, F, S), pasta (F), HEA2 Parmesan

@maman I made the switch to passata plus a tin of tomato puree for our pasta sauce and DH definitely prefers it that way (he's not a fan of tomatoes at the best of times 😆) Hope your experiment works out for you. I hate when husbands change the plans so your meal plan goes out the window!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170

Hi all, I'm at my desk in the office today. The streets around Westminster are heaving. Crowd control in place with barriers along the roads and those large metal bollards on the pavements. I can't imagine how long the queues are going to be.
I planned ahead and food today has been:
B - overnight oats, cherries, mullerlight - HEB, 0.5
L - LO bolognaise, kiwi fruit, melon, blueberries, plum - P, S
D - LM sausages, baked beans, french fries - 6
HEA - milk
Syns - hi fi bar plus 6 so 9 total
Well done to @annabanana82 and your DD on not only a fab loss but also a new front number. I am hoping to get this by the end of October. I have 3.5lbs to go but it's incredibly slow.
Hope DDad continues to improve @bubbs
Hoping to finish the wallpapering tonight. Last night I was halfway up/down the stairs, under the ladder which had DH standing on it, arms aloft trying to hold a really long piece of pasted paper. It was in my hair, on my arms - everywhere! It looks fab though!!

Pain levels have been stupidly high for the last three days and I had an extreme neuro attack on top but thankfully, I have been able to be on plan after missing out my evening meal on Sunday. Unfortunately, I don't think my digestion is agreeing with SW, having no end of issues but I will persevere in the hope it adjusts (I'm not talking about constipation here, I have a complicated system due to a connective tissue disorder).
I had the mystery of disappearing Baby Bels, I kept buying the blooming things for my HEA but everytime I went to the fridge to get them out, I was taking the last two! Turns out youngest son also likes my Baby Bel and has been taking some to munch on at work and then munching on more when he got home.
Weigh in day tomorrow, fingers crossed. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Good morning all,
A bit of a damp start here. We finished wallpapering last night - whoohoo! DH is in Birmingham today so in my lunch break I will put some bits back in the garage (dustsheets, roller trays, paint pots etc.) These are currently in the corner of the dining room aka our home office. Will be nice to be able to see the floor!
Glad your DDad had a better night @bubbs, long may it continue.
Great that you are still on plan @SingleSue despite the challenges. I too have a phantom babybel thief in my house, but he's off to uni on Sunday so hopefully that will solve the issue!
Food today:
B - poached egg, 1 x wm toast, melon, blueberries, plum - P, 1/2 HEB, S
L - JP, tuna, ltl mayo, pickles - 1.5, S
D - SW sweet chilli chicken, rice, green beans, carrots, broccoli - 1, S
HEA - milk
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
Syns - 2.5
Have a good day everyone,

Morning all! Glad to hear I'm not the only one with a baby bel thief in the house too! Hope the digestive issues sort themselves out soon @SingleSue and I heard that the queue was estimated to be about 15 hours yesterday @Coxy11 and having seen the route of the queue from Bermondsey to Lambeth bridge, I'm not surprised!
Really not feeling it today - been having insomnia the last couple of nights. It's definitely not jet lag, this is just my brain going into overdrive thinking about ridiculous things at ridiculous hours. Much coffee will be needed today. Have to take DH to the hospital this afternoon for his follow up with the consultant about his ankle. We're both hoping for the physio option but I'm not too sure 🤞 Not feeling too hungry this morning so might just have some porridge later for brunch. Dinner tonight is fajita bowls, something quick and easy.
