Glad your DDad is home @bubbs but what a time you’ve had of it! Food looks lush.

Amazing loss - well done @beanielou xx

The pork keema was okay… not as spicy as I would have liked. I used 2 homegrown red chillies plus chilli powder. Only time I felt a kick was when I rubbed my eye - so flipping painful!

    That's brilliant @beanielou. Delighted for you. 👏👏👏
  • Hi all,

Only read the last page, but we'll done beanielou that's an incredible loss!

Our group has been picking up again, numbers had really fallen but we seem to be getting a lot busier which is nice.

My head is back in the game again, I lost 1.5lbs, my DD .5lbs and both gained a new front number. I'm all planned for a good week, but out for lunch Friday. Hoping they still have some good choices on the menu but motivated to break further away from the last front number.

Dropping my eldest off at uni this weekend, so going to be emotional but I don't think it's going to be an emotional eating thing

Well done @annabanana82. Especially on seeing a new number, that's a great boost. Good to hear you're back in the swing of things. 👏👏👏

Hope the weekend goes well for you. If you limit your syns either side then Friday's meal should be fine.

Congratulations to all the losers - what great inspiration you all are <3

Went out earlier to put rubbish in the bin and although the sun is out it definitely feels a lot colder and crisper.  Every day will soon be a soup day!

We're off for an Indian meal tonight celebrating a family birthday.  Main meal is usually fairly on plan - chicken tikka, boiled rice, salad etc - starters may be the downfall but will enjoy and draw a line.  I've plenty of syns in hand but will still be careful as I really want a loss this week.

    Today's food:
B - sweet omelette, with f/f Greek yoghurt, banana and berries
L - ham and egg salad
    D - meal out

Have a smashing day all
  • Morning all.  Good to hear your dad is home now @bubbs, well done on the loss @beanielou and congratulations on seeing a new number on the scales @annabanana82

Star week has arrived with a vengeance so feeling very tired and can't be bothered really.  Had some bran flakes for breakfast and lunch will be soup again.  Dinner tonight is a tomato and pepper risotto to use up the last of the produce from the garden.  Might chuck some grated courgette in there too.

Hope everyone has a good day!

What a great loss @beanielou fantastic, @bubbs hope Dad had a goodnight - not easy when they get older, plus you need to look after yourself too.  Congrats to everyone for good weight loss

Me to @maman the chicken was awful - reminded me of my Nan she would buy what they called boiling fowl skin it and make soup.  Have read that raising chicken of bottom dish with small balls squished tinfoil and adding not liquid works...somehow think it will still have that stewed feel.

Well another upside down day DH is still here usually goes away Tues till Friday,(work) so it means kitchen a mess and 3 meals for him.  He never stops with the eating and he drives me mad with the washing on again now!!  I dread the winter and drying clothing.  I think he thinks he is still in hotels with the towels he uses.  Shouldn't complain I could have a dirty beggar as my Nan would say.
