Lost my post twice already so now doing it as a document and will copy and paste! So hopefully it will be third time lucky!
Glad you enjoyed your lunch out @maman. Nothing worse than not enjoying the syns you eat and drink. I’m sure you’ll soon rein it back in the same as I did this week. How many weeks until WI for you?
That recipe looks even more SW friendly than the one I do so I’m going to add a bit more veg than usual! Mine usually only has onion, garlic & mushrooms plus the beans and chopped tomatoes and loads of paprika - far more than in that recipe although I don’t use cayenne.
I also don’t use Hendersons Relish but a good dollop (technical term!) of Marmite.
Will let you know which version I prefer!
The rain started when I was driving my friend to the station and has gradually got heavier. It's now raining quite heavily but it is the fairly fine stuff so actually it will be good for the garden and won't just sit on the top and/or flood it. Should certainly refill the water butts!

That's the recipe @maman and it was very very tasty 😋 Only added a little bit of the cayenne @joedenise and it kind of helped to bring out the smokey-ness of the paprika. Also left out the mushrooms as DH doesn't like them so I'll use them for other things. Oh and the chopped tomatoes was actually passata but can't see why it wouldn't work with bog standard chopped tomatoes too. Definitely another one to add to the rotation 👍Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170

Thanks for the feed back @ruby_eskimo. Will try adding a bit of cayenne tonight too! It's good to get variations on a theme.
Have to say the fajitas for lunch were very nice - not done it for ages and had forgotten how nice it was. I spread a bit of sweet chilli sauce on the wraps for a bit of added chilli taste so another 1.5 syns added. It's also something I could do in the motorhome for a change. Didn't bother with a salsa today but might do another time.

@ruby_eskimo must admit like the look of that recipe, don't eat lamb but have some boneless pork shoulder chops that I think would work. Love mouskaka and make that with pork, as never used to try it when away till a place in Cyprus told me they use pork there. Glad you enjoyed meal @maman
No rain here in fact lovely sun shine this afternoon.
Drum role - WL lost 2 lb today. Mil this Sunday. It is hard sitting there after 20 odd years of marriage they both talk about people I hardly know of or have only met once..... She is a lovely MIL but certain things like hoping to sit and chill and watch telly is out of the question, hubby has it so loud it is distorted to listen too. Silly but I just don't relax the same. Hence larger than usual glass wine.
Can I ask for those who go to Lidl if you notice Alpenfest coming up will you let me know. It's about 10 miles away, but like to catch it and used to be in September.

Sorry to say TIE but that Tesco Lactose Free is 14.5 syns for the tub. If you've got a Morrisons nearby you'd be better off with that as their own brand lactose free is 5.5 syns for 500g pot.
The Onkon set natural one is 1.5 syns per 100g so would be 15 syns for the Kg pot.
