Yes @bubbs. Weather is glorious here too. 😎

    HM beetroot is lush. 😋

Tomatoes still very limited in Aldi but plenty in Sainsburys. It must be a supplier problem. I bought cheap ones today as usually roast them (@ruby_eskimo'recipe) and rarely eat them raw.

At least you're on the case with Calor. Hope you or your neighbour find the contract and you can get to the bottom of this.

Hope weigh in tomorrow goes well @bubbs I know I’m facing a gain as this week has not been good. It just seems to be one problem after another at the moment and I eat (and drink) when stressed.

Weather here was cold and rainy this afternoon so very jealous of those with sunshine and warmth 🙂

    Have a lovely weekend all.

Morning all, another lovely bright day.  Hope you all have the same sort of weather.  Forecast is for it to be a degree or two lower than yesterday but should still be warm.

I'm feeling a bit better this morning after having a fairly good night's sleep - woke up a couple of times because I needed to sneeze!  Still sneezing this morning but at least I'm not feeling really rough like yesterday.  Just as well really as I'm meeting a friend for lunch today.  Will try and get a salad of some sort; it would be good if there was somewhere nice to sit out and eat but unfortunately there isn't so it will have to be one of the cafes or Spoons.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
    L - ham salad?
    D - Spanish chicken and rice - P; S; F; 2

    HEA - milk
    HEB - none planned
Syns - BGTY cumberland sausages 2; chorizo 2

    Have a good day everyone.

  • Sorry to hear you had the lurgy Denise, seems to be quite common now, suppose we are that in between stage on what to wear, so not helping things.

May have gone off plan yesterday, but back on today, going to have a sp to make up. No idea why I did so badly yesterday as I was quite busy for most of the day, maybe because I was on a roll and didn’t plan into it. Anyway, in the past.

    Have a good Easter everyone
A smile costs little but creates much :)
