Those FB meals are awful @bubbs. They're not just tiny but they're not on plan either. There's just a tiny bit of broccoli and carrot in the waffle one and the other has a bit of something green in the omelette and that's it! I do hope the consultant points that out. I can see that people might lose with such tiny meals but they're not following SW.

I hope you enjoy your 'bites' @joedenise but seems like an awful lot of faff for very little. I do like carrot cake but I'd rather have the occasional slice in a teashop and then forget about it for a few months.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, banana (F), raspberries (F)
    L- ham (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), beetroot (S)
D- baked cod (P), cubed potatoes (F), mushrooms, green stuff (broccoli, asparagus, sugar snaps), tomatoes (S)
    Syns- 0

Hi everyone from Drymen (pronounced Drimann),

We are at the last stop of our walk with 10 miles to Milngavie tomorrow. Will get a train from there to Glasgow then wait until 11pm for the overnight bus to London.

Yesterday was a killer. We had 18 miles to walk from Crianlarich to Rowardennan. Started well, met John Waite from SCD(!) who is walking for Ukraine. Got the worst selfie ever 🤣🤣 Reached the northern edge of Loch Lomond then had to walk Loch side for about 3 miles. The ‘path’ was a sheer 40ft drop down to the Loch and was made up of rocks to scramble up and over, 5ft boulders to scale (I’m 5ft and have short legs!) waterfalls to walk up, logs to balance on - felt like a marines assault course. We reached a hotel at Inversnaid at 7pm with 6 miles left to walk 😭

I got us both a drink in the bar and tried a couple of taxi firms but nothing for 30 miles and wanted to charge us £150! We asked the hotel if they had a room, but they were fully booked. Luckily the bunkhouse up the road had one room available - think the cell from Porridge(!). Freezing cold but at least a bed for the night. We ate beef stew at 9pm and were laughing maniacally due to the shock of the day.

Today we caught the ferry across Loch Lomond to Tarbet, then two buses to Drymen as couldn’t face walking. Hotel is a bit like Fawlty Towers but a warm room and will have a nice breakfast before our final day.

No dinner tonight as still have a cheese salad roll from the bunkhouse plus a satsuma. Would be hilarious if I haven’t lost anything after this 🤣 Oh and TOTM appeared today - feeling blessed 🤣

Good to hear from you @Coxy11. That walk around Loch Lomond sounds scary. What a shame you couldn't stay in the hotel last night. Don't blame you having a drink in the bar. I'd have had several! Safe journey home and 🤞all the Body Magic pays off. 😊

I googled to see if I could find anything about the gas @bubbs. It seems that they can increase the cost but if it's above a certain percentage then you can leave free of exit penalty. It's somewhere in para 6 of the agreement apparently. Not much help as probably any other supplier would be expensive too. ☹️

You are right about the length of the contract. It seems like a mistake. They haven't even got the month right, let alone the year. I just found something about whether the price was fixed for the duration of the contract and apparently it's not. Not sure if they can end the contract earlier. It's infuriating that they are so difficult to contact.

    Is the date not 09/01/2021 - 08/01/23?
I woulde imagine there will a clause saying that they can increase the price by giving notice to the client.
