That is sad news about your dad @bubbs but good to know he's enjoying his meals. I'm sure they'll soon learn what's best to eat. 🤗
1.5 lbs is a small price for visiting your mum @Gettingtherequickly. I'm sure that it will go quickly. 🤞it's before WI. 😁
You sound heaps better this week @ruby_eskimo what with all the food today and back to your exercise. Well done. 😊
I was hungry last night too @bubbs and I had a couple of water biscuits with a squeeze of Primula and tomatoes. Hardly break the syn bank with that. 🤣
It started nicely this morning here @joedenise but rain this afternoon. I hardly eat any fruit except some berries and banana when I have porridge. I do eat more when strawberries are in season but most of my Speed food is veg.
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, fried eggs (P), tomatoes, mushrooms (S)
L - ham (P), fried vegetables and pickles (S), 1 potato (F)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), garlic mushrooms (S, HEA 2), green stuff (S)

bubbs said:Thanks Denise, so do i, he is eating all his meals, even had an iced bun Saturday but won't be having another, it caused an explosion at 3 am Sunday morning!! Mum said you have never seen anything like it 😫😫
@maman - I don't eat huge amounts of fruit but do like to know that if I can have something if I'm peckish! If I've got a spare 2nd HEA I'll sometimes eat a crisp bread with some Primula but I didn't have any crisp breads left! Still don't as tend to buy the Lidl ones now. Not only are they cheaper than Ryvita but we actually prefer them. Will buy some tomorrow when I go to group as Lidl is in the same town as my group. I'm going to leave early and pop in there before I go to group and then I'm going to pop to Sainsbury after group to get some more alcohol free gin.

Of course @bubbs I'd forgotten he can't eat dairy. 🤔
I could eat that tuna JP right now. We're having dinner later tonight so hopefully I won't be snacking this evening.
Good to know the Lidl crispbreads are better than Ryvita @joedenise. It all helps save a bit.3 -

Evening everyone
Sorry about what happened to your dad, Bubbs. I saw a fair few explosions like that when I was nursing. Not much going on here. I’ve got a dodgy tummy though, typical the day before WI. Work has been a nightmare, I literally went into other room and let out a scream of frustration. I nearly toppled off plan after that but I gave myself a good talking to. I said to myself that if I’m going to be naughty, best to do it tomorrow.Today’s food:
B: HEXB Lizi’s granola, blueberries, FF natural Greek yoghurt. Decaf coffee with HEXA
L: BBQ chicken skewers (2) couscous (0.5) veg
D- Sausage jambalaya, veg.S: Popchips (3.5) Skinny bar (3)
Syns: 9
Night all xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.201
